The apartment is ideally located in a peaceful rural village setting, overlooking the stunning Sila mountains on one side, and the Ionian Sea on the other. Within minutes walking distance to Caulonia Marina town with amenities offering local restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, shops and banks. Every Saturday morning there is a market in the square selling a wide selection of local fruit and vegetables, cheeses, shoes and clothes. Less than 1km/15 minutes walk will take you to the idyllic golden 
sandy beaches and beautiful turquoise blue sea. A ten minute drive into the hills takes you to beautiful old Caulonia town, steeped in history, its buildings and churches stepping back in time to the 7/8th Century. Travel a little further afield and you can take in the charm of the small towns hidden in the foothills of the Aspromonte, Bivongi, Stilo, Monasterace, and Mammola.
In the summer months you can enjoy a variety of festivals along the coast and market square with live music and a fantastic atmosphere, these would include the film festival in August and the famous tarantella dance. 
The apartment sleeps 2/4 persons. It is air-conditioned and fully furnished with all mod cons. It is situated on the top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the Sila mountains.
The entrance door leads into a living/dining area with a fully fitted American style kitchen, one double bedroom and bathroom with power shower, bidet and toilet.
